My studio is named Celebrity Style Imaging because I photograph everyday clients the same way I photograph celebrities and VIPs.
When I’m hired to photograph famous people, the photographs have to be amazing and they have to happen fast. It might be backstage with a few minutes, a hotel room while they’re passing through, or a location I fly into with my own lighting. The schedule is tight. The setting is rarely ideal. There are no redos.
I can’t fire thousands of frames on auto and hope. I have to nail the lighting and the expression in the time we have. That’s why recognizable names have trusted my credentials (PPA Master / Craftsman), 30+ years full time, and my ability to make a strong portrait wherever we are.
So if you’re getting married and it rains, if the kids are having a hard day, or if the weather won’t cooperate for a family portrait — that’s familiar ground. I’ll light you carefully, get real expressions, and build the image even when the conditions aren’t perfect.
